1. Eating Clay

Shailene Woodley consumes a teaspoon of clay in her daily routine. According to Paul Mackey, owner of Nature’s Cleansing Clay says live clay is edible because it has detoxifying benefits for the whole body.

This clay also builds one’s immune system, balances the pH level, and enables one’s body to fight disease naturally.

Catherine Zeta-Jones uses strawberries as a substitute for toothpaste to make her teeth look naturally white.

Strawberry juice or pulp contains malic acid which acts as an astringent and can lighten the tooth surface.

3. Massage with snakes

Victoria Secret model Stella Maxwell attended a private session with snakes in Serpentessa, the only spa offering snake massages. She mentioned the treatment helps her to release the hormones endorphins and oxytocin to relieve stress, create excitement, and increase emotional and physical endurance in daily life.

4. Blood Moisturizer

Using facial lotion created by Dr. Barbara Strum, a doctor in molecular cosmetics, Hailey Baldwin has extracted her blood to produce a moisturizer. The blood taken will be put in a centrifuge to isolate plasma and white blood cells which are then added to a cream called MC1 Blood Moisturizer.

According to Dr. Sturm, our blood platelets can fight the signs of aging by reprogramming our skin. So this moisturizer can help the skin always look young.

5. Bird excrement

According to Victoria Beckham, bird excrement can be a solution to the problem of anti-aging and it works to lock in moisture and guanine which gives a bright skin effect.
