(Video) Adidas Unveils The First ‘MakerLab’ In Malaysia, Located In Pavilion KL

Adidas Malaysia officially opened its latest Brand Center boutique at the Kuala Lumpur Pavilion last week after its first Brand Center at Sunway Pyramid.

This location will be the brand hub of Adidas that offers a variety of products, equipped with digital innovations and on-the-spot customization while enhancing the visitor shopping experience. In addition, Adidas Brand Center also launched the first Adidas customization center in Southeast Asia that is ‘MakerLab’.

MakerLab will provide space for buyers to work on new clothes purchased. In addition to locally inspired creative patches, there is also a wide selection of patch designs as well as classic and iconic Adidas pins available to choose from and tailor to clothing through Direct-To-Garment and Heat Press printing methods.

To add a local touch to the concept of the shop, the traditional decorative elements of Malaysian weaving, rattan can also be seen on the inside of the MakerLab space. This rattan art decoration has its own meaning to the Adidas brand: global in scale, yet local in nature.

Adidas Brand Center Pavilion KL is divided into 9 different categories for whatever your styles such as the Adidas Originals series, Adidas Running, and Adidas Football. Everything is complete under one roof.

In addition, consumers can also explore a range of sustainable products consisting of Parley Ocean Plastic, which is made from recycled marine plastic waste to replace the use of new plastics on all Adidas high-performance sportswear.

Uniquely arranged using glass boxes and containers, this display features an iconic Adidas model range and will be periodically changed to showcase more archival products from the past. Those passing through the route at Pavilion KL ‘Connection Area’ on level 3 can scan the QR code to activate the Augmented Reality journey to celebrate the opening of the Adidas Brand Center.

As an introduction to the launch of MakerLab at the Adidas Brand Center Pavilion KL, visitors who experience Augmented Reality from December 3 will have the opportunity to get a limited number of personalized Adidas bags with names and online accessories, while stocks last.

You have to see for yourself the uniqueness of Adidas Brand Center located on Level 5 Pavilion KL and only then do you know how great the latest boutique from Adidas is.
