Yesterday, Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah shared a photo on her own Instagram page. In the posting, she showed her new crown teeth that she ordered at Tuanku Mizan Armed Forces Hospital.
Instead of looking at the crown teeth, there is something else that caught the attention of the netizens and that was when she posted that she was feeling surprised with the bill she received from the hospital.
In the Instagram posting, she expressed her own happiness with her new crown tooth that she received while praising the doctor’s service at the hospital.
The reason that she surprised by the bill is that apparently, the hospital did not take any payment for her new crown teeth but instead the bill is written with a note saying “WE LOVE YOU” in the bill column.
Looking at the comment section, many netizens gave positive comments and praised the hospital for their action.
