Singapore’s Selena Tan Joins Jennifer Lopez, Josh Duhamel And Lenny Kravitz In A Hollywood Film

The 50-year-old Singaporean actress named Selena Tan, best known for being one-third of the Dim Sum Dollies cabaret, will star in an action-comedy Hollywood film called the ‘Shotgun Wedding’. Other notable names in the grand production of action-comedy would be lead actors Jennifer Lopez, Josh Duhamel, and also Lenny Kravitz.

The film comes from the director of ‘Pitch Perfect’ that is Jason Moore. The plot follows Lopez and Duhamel, who plan to wed at an extravagant resort. However, the entire party, including the couple’s families, is taken hostage when criminals hijack the occasion.

Selena Tan plays the character of Marge who is the head of the resort. She said, “I’m super excited to be in the movie. I’m still pinching myself here in disbelief!”. Filming would start on the 22nd of February and Tan will likely be in the Caribbean destination till mid-April.

Selena Tan also previously starred in the famous ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ as Alexandra “Alix” Young-Cheng who is Nick Young’s youngest aunt.
