(Video) IKEA x Byredo Collection of Scented Candles Finally Here In Malaysia

‘OSYNLIG’ or in Swedish better understand as ‘invisible’ is actually the limited-edition scented candles collection that excitingly features a total of 13 scented candle fragrances across floral, woody, and also fresh categories. It is actually a collaboration between IKEA and Ben Gorham who is the founder and creative force behind Byredo’s luxury fragrance, fashion, and beauty empire.

Now, it has finally made it to Malaysia. The collection is specifically designed to evoke different emotions while reflecting the ever-changing moods of the home.

All of the scented candles are affordably priced between RM24.90 to RM129 per unit. Each variant would come in three different sizes.  It is actually no secret that scented candles from the IKEA x Byredo collection can boost a certain mood for many people.

The packaging comes in hand-made ceramic pots, each pot is glazed with a blend of two colors that represent its ingredients. The triangle-shaped marking on each pot symbolizes one of the most popular ways people understand fragrance. It is a combination of top notes, which you smell first then the middle notes, which come next and last longer, and lastly the base notes, which form the bottom of the triangle and remain for the entire duration of the fragrance.

Amazingly, the pots can be reused to store small items or as a decorative piece around the home. This limited collection will be available at IKEA Damansara, IKEA Cheras, and IKEA Batu Kawan from the 25th of February 2021, to be followed by IKEA.my from 1 March 2021. The limited collection will soon be made available at IKEA Tebrau.
