On April 21, jewelry company Tiffany & Co. revealed Blackpink’s Rosé will be their new global ambassador. Rosé will start her activities as the brand’s model with the digital campaign for the 2021 Tiffany HardWear collection.
The Kpop star expressed her excitement to be part of the famous brand. “To be a part of such an iconic brand that has been a part of my life for a long time makes it that much more special to me. I’m very honored and excited. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”
Apparently, Rosé has been a fan of the line since her school days at an all-girls academy in Melbourne.
“I’ve worn Tiffany jewelry since I was in high school,” she shared. Rosé even talked about her mother and how she became her inspiration in style. “She always looked like a boss with her dark red lipstick and perfectly styled hair,” says Rosé. “She was always my idol. I wanted to look like her when I grew up.”
First launched in 2017, Tiffany’s HardWear jewelry inspired by the urban attitude and energy of New York City. The collection combines gauge links and industrial shapes in bold designs that play with tension, proportion, and balance. Rosé’s love for New York City further emphasized how her work with Tiffany & Co. is just meant to be.
Tiffany & Co. explained that they selected Rosé as their ambassador because her bold, unique, and modern style and influence matched the identity of Tiffany HardWear.
In the photos revealed, Rosé wears several pieces from the collection including an 18K gold graduated link necklace and wrap bracelet.
