Have you ever feel down at any stage of your life and you are looking for someone or something that can help you to fix it up? That is what this book trying to teach its readers all over the world. This is the exact book to remind you that the hero you are looking for is you.

This particular book is written by an author named Laura Whitmore who is an established and highly experienced TV presenter and radio broadcaster. The book was officially published on the 4th of March 2021 and has been gaining a lot of sales since then.

The book is actually through the author’s own story of overcoming self-doubt and also heartbreak. She decided to share all the inspirational lessons on finding freedom through taking back control of her own self. She said that she has learned optimism, self-belief, and also learning to accept yourself will bring you more than anyone else can ever give you. She also shows how her own struggles that she shared in the book can help you through your struggles.

It’s how I’ve chosen to live my life. There is freedom when you take back control. Stop waiting for someone to save you and do it yourself. I recognize everyone has different levels of struggle but no one just hands you a chance. We don’t have to wait for Prince Charming to rescue us, or wait for the opportunity to come to us. We can be our own heroes. We can create our own dreams”.
