The Paper Palace tells the story of Elle, a 50-year-old mother of three. She was convinced that she is happily married to her husband until she was left in a place where she had to choose between her genuinely beloved husband, Peter, or a life with her first love, Jonas that she had always imagined about. She was brought back to a tragedy that forever changed the course of their lives and over the next twenty-four hours, a decision must be made to determine the path of her life.

This masterful novel brilliantly illuminates the tensions between desire and safety. It even includes misdemeanors of families. Reviewed by the well-known Scottish novelist, William Boyd, he describes the book as, “A beautifully constructed, wonderfully intelligent and beguiling novel, rich with a multitude of pleasures”.

The Paper Palace is said to left the readers hooked up and tensed as the story unfolds. With Heller’s fine touch that put a hint of humorous dialogue along the way, the book is going to be a big hit this summer.
