He had admitted that he was aware about the lack of funds and his initial plan was to resell the number plate at a high profit to earn some quick cash.

The number “28” holds the number 8 spot for the most expensive plate in the world. The popular number sounds like the words “easy” and “prosper”, thus the combination of both, bring luck. In 2016, the plate was bought for 18.1 Million.
