Marathon viewing your all-time favorite TV series would result in the release of dopamine that would help us feel good and it results in a “high” similar to that induced by drugs and other substances with addictive qualities. Your brain craves more and more, and as long as you continue to binge-watching, your brain would produce dopamine.

A lack of quality sleep also weakened the skin’s ability to repair itself at night, seeing that cell renewal occurs during phases of deep sleep. These stressors, along with your skin’s inability to recover from them as well as it could, can all cause you to look older than you really are.
