HappyFresh To Expand Into More Areas In Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 2  — Southeast Asia’s leading online grocery delivery company, HappyFresh, is working closely with its partners to expand into more areas in Malaysia, managing director of HappyFresh Malaysia Hu Hun Hui said.

Among the areas and states are Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Rawang, Butterworth, Kedah, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, and Sabah and Sarawak.

Headquartered in Jakarta with operations in Malaysia and Thailand, the company recently raised US$65 million (US$1=RM4.22) to drive its growth plans.

“In terms of higher service quality, we have extended our payment assortment to DuitNow for the ease of doorstep payments, adding to the comprehensive cashless payment methods available, including credit and debit card payments, bank transfers and e-wallet options such as GrabPay and Boost,” he said in a statement.

Moreover, he said, no minimum spend initiatives for repeat customers and express services will be introduced in the coming months.

The HappyFresh app is available for download on the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store. For more information on HappyFresh and to make an order, please visit www.happyfresh.my.
