Symptoms Of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  1. Past memories of the cause of trauma constantly emerge.
  2. Often repeating traumatic events as if they happened again.
  3. Always have bad dreams that feel that they are real.
  4. Easily get stressed out.
  5. Always think negatively towards oneself and also other people.
  6. Cannot maintain a positive relationship or feel less happy to talk with other people.
  7. Lose motivation to do the things that you usually love to do.
  8. Easily get surprised or even scared.
  9. Frequently get disturbed when sleeping or even Insomnia.
  10. Lose concentration.
  11. Easily get mad or become more aggressive.
  12. Excessive feeling of guilt or shame.

Treatment For Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  1. Find someone who you can talk to and listen to your problems and also someone who can really advise you.
  2. Meet a counselor or a doctor.
  3. Take medication if needed.
