Do These 3 Things For Parents To Know The Preparation of Children’s Vaccination

It is important for many people in Malaysia to know this, especially adults. For those who might still not know, the administration of the current vaccine that is encouraged by the government to all children aged 5 to 11 years is able to increase their own immune response to COVID-19 disease and to reduce the risk of serious COVID-19 disease.

That is why it is indeed so important for adults to understand this particular message informed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Parents have to know about this when they want to bring their children to get their vaccination.

Parents should do these things for their children before and after their vaccination:

1) Parents need to make sure that their children have enough rest the day before taking them to get their COVID-19 vaccination shot.

2) Children that need to get vaccinated need to be in a healthy and active state before the vaccination. They also got to have enough food and drink before they got injected.

3) After they got vaccinated, parents have to make sure that the children do not involve in heavy activities within a week period. For example would be jogging, cycling, swimming, playing sports or any physical activities in school. This is very important as it is to ensure that their body got to go through the immunity build phase in a good condition. It is also to avoid any complications to the children because of the heavy activities that they might have done in their daily life.
