“The Biggest IPO Since June 2021” – ‘Boss Susu’, Azmi Zainal

As the day passes by, one of the Malaysian brands which would be the one and only Farm Fresh brand has definitely become so famous and well-known by a lot of people in the country. This iconic brand specializes in producing wide variations of milky beverages that people love. This brand’s strong marketing also makes this brand known to many.

Farm Fresh Bhd is eyeing proceeds of RM1 billion and a market capitalization of RM2.5 billion upon its listing on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market based on its initial retail price of RM1.35 per share. Proceeds to the company of about RM301.0 million will be utilized to establish a new manufacturing hub, dairy farm and integrated processing facility in Malaysia, expansion of a production facility in Australia, regional expansion outside Malaysia and for working capital together with listing expenses. That is definitely such an amazing achievement for a Malaysian brand to get.

This proud success that the brand has recently achieved is shared by Azmi Zainal or better known as ‘Boss Susu’ who is an important individual in developing Farm Fresh Bhd. He labeled this listing as the largest IPO since June 2021.

“From Bazaar to Boursa…. The biggest IPO since June 2021. Insyaallah,” said Azmi Zainal on his Facebook post regarding the good news.

Domestically, it is mulling plant rationalization, with its Taiping, Perak plant estimated to be operational by year-end and will be supplying fresh milk products for the market in northern Malaysia. Currently, products for the northern market are being supplied by the Muadzam Shah, Pahang, and Johor plants. With support from Khazanah Nasional Bhd, the company now operates five dairy farms in Malaysia and a dairy farm in Australia, across approximately 2,185 hectares, with a total herd size of around 9,960 dairy cows and also bulls. More and more success was gained.
