- First, you can go to the nearest available EPF branches or kiosks in the country. You could register for the i-Akaun there easily with the help given by the staff.
- Secondly, go to the KWSP website. Then, click on log in and choose the i-Akaun (Member).
- Thirdly, proceed on doing these:
- Use the EPF member’s number as the User’s ID. You will receive a temporary password through SMS. Next, you can activate your own account.
- After agreeing, create your new User’s ID and also password. After that, choose an Online image and fill in your Secret Phrase.
- Once succeed, log in once again using the created User’s ID and password.
- TAC phone number verification must be done upon login.
