Dangerous Heatstroke Occurence, These Are Ways To Deal With It

Dangerous heatstroke is one of the main concerns of many people nowadays. Especially in places that have hot and dry surroundings like Malaysia. Many people might not know this, but there are actually easy ways to deal with it.

Due to the recent weather in Malaysia, people are advised to lessen all their outdoor activities. It is indeed not wrong to be active, just make sure that you are doing indoor activities. This is for your own health and also well-being too.

Simple Precautionary Ways To Avoid Dangerous Heatstroke:

1) Avoid doing exercises that are difficult and also unnecessary.

2) Use clothes that are lightweight, loose, and appropriate.

3) Consume less caffeine, alcohol, and also sugar.

4) Make sure you are in comfortable and dim surroundings.

5) Drink enough water to keep hydrated.

Do These If People Around You Show Symptoms Of Heatstroke

1) Firstly, take the victim to a dim place as soon as possible.

2) Call 999 for ambulance assistance.

3) By still making sure the dignity of the victim, loosen the clothing of the victim and wet the skin of the victim that is exposed to the air.

4) Give some fresh air, fan the victim or direct the fan directly to the victim.

5) It is also suggested to put some ice on the neck, armpit, and thigh folds to cool the blood flow.
