- Husband and wife’s income amounts to RM5,000.00 and below.
- Make applications from 1 June 2022 to 31 December 2022 only.
- The applicant (husband or wife) must appear in person to submit an application at the District Kadi Office counter.
- One couple is eligible to apply for this initiative only once.
