Newest Imaging Updates Revealed During vivo Imaging Strategy Conference 2022 In China

vivo recently held the vivo Imaging Strategy Conference in China together with the leading optical firm partner – ZEISS to reveal major updates to the camera and imaging systems in vivo’s next-generation phones. Following the brand’s vision to ‘restore what the eye sees, go beyond what the eye sees’, vivo aims to elevate users’ photography experience with its devices to a higher level.

As technology continues to evolve, the quality of photos taken with a smartphone are equivalent to an actual camera. During the conference, vivo officially unveils three parallels of imaging technology matrix which makes the imaging functionalities equivalent to professional imaging equipments, professional photography team, and professional post-production capabilities.

They also revealed a larger CMOS sensor, a critical component in cameras, that is 77% better at photosensitivity than its current flagship, vivo X80 Pro. In terms of portraits, vivo’s next-generation products will feature a 50mm portrait lens, which is capable of creating bokeh without algorithm processing and provides a natural looking image as seen through the human eyes.

Besides that, they also announces its next-generation imaging processor which features a larger data bandwidth and 20% improvement on noise reduction in lowlight filming. vivo’s new imaging technologies will bring a smartphone’s imaging function comparable to a professional imaging equipment.

With new technologies and inventions made available in its next-generation products, vivo aims to empower its users to be their own professional photographer and videographer anytime. Set to be available in the next generation of vivo’s X series, it is the next flagship series to look out for.
