Paul Bettany’s Vision Will Have His Own MCU Series On Disney+

As a result of the success of WandaVision, Marvel Studios is reportedly planning to create a new Disney+ series starring Vision.

CBR reported that Jeff Sneider of the Hot Mic Podcast says that Marvel Studios is working on a Vision solo series titled as ‘Vision Quest’.

“I’m told that next week, Marvel will be opening a writers’ room for a Vision show titled Vision Quest,”

— Jeff Sneider

He also added that the news is “coming from a good source who has been accurate in the past,” In particular, Sneider’s latest news is more credible given that he recently predicted Harrison Ford would be joining the MCU as the new Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross.

Vision Quest

For your information, “Vision Quest” is the title of a late-1980s Marvel Comics storyline. It starred Vision and took place in the pages of West Coast Avengers.

Vision’s inability to feel emotions ultimately resulted in his separation from Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. During the arc, Vision was dissembled, his synthetic skin went white, and he lost the ability to feel emotions.

Obviously, people have already seen a version of these events unfold. It is in the latter section of WandaVision in the Disney+ series.

However, Sneider does not know if Marvel Studios’ Vision Quest will directly adapt the same-titled comic book storyline.
