Wife Promises Her Husband A PS5 If He Manages To Lose Weight

Prior to the rise of Netflix, PlayStation was the only reason kids or boys considered to be cool. On the other hand, each of us relies on our own unique set of practices when we need to relax. It could be a cup of chamomile tea, a steaming shower, a good book, or even vigorous physical activity. Playing PlayStation is what all gamers do to relax.

However, it’s hard to find the latest PS5. There have been delays in PS5 production because several semiconductor chip manufacturers have not been able to produce enough semiconductor chips to meet the demand from gamers.

A man in Thailand found an easy way to get the PS5. All he had to do is lose 10 kg of body fat and embarked on a new diet and exercise regimen in order to grab his chance of getting the PS5 that his wife has promised him.

The man shared a post on Facebook on how his wife had pushed him to lose 10kg. In exchange for his accomplishment, his wife promised to give him a PS5 as a prize.

Strategy to lose weight

He provided an explanation on his Facebook post of his strategy for anyone who would be interested in following in his footsteps:

  • Intermittent fasting: start from 16-8, then gradually reduce meal timing to 18-6 and 20-4 respectively. Currently, I alternate between 20-4 on one day and one meal per day on the next day.
  • Exercise: alternate between cardio and strength training
  • Diets: 80% Keto, 20% treats (cherish the moments when dining out with friends or other special occasions)
  • Book to read (very important): The Obesity Code – Unlocking the Secrets of Weight Loss by Dr. Jason Fung. We need certain knowledge to understand the complex causes of obesity and use that knowledge to create a strategy that fits our own body and lifestyle.
