Upon hearing the question, Datuk Ahmad Maslan looks bewildered for a second. Maybe he does not expect the question from @goldanecattery

Thus, let’s look into our Deputy Minister of Finance’s ‘nasi goreng’ recipe.

  • Palm oil
  • Onion
  • Eggs
  • Ginger. Yes, you read that right. According to Datuk Ahmad Maslan, ginger is what makes the ‘nasi goreng’ special.
  • Cooked rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Most importantly, sincerity. You have to cook it with an open heart. Thus, it will be delicious.
  • Meat, chicken, anchovies, or vegetables (cabbage) (if you like)

Voila! That is the recipe.

However, some people find it weird that ginger is one of the ingredients in the recipe.
