Elon Musk Created A Poll, Letting People Decide Whether He Should Step Down From Twitter

Elon Musk started owning Twitter in October 2022. Nevertheless, many Twitter users do not like the idea of that.

According to Bookings, since he became the Chief Executive Officer of the platform, Twitter has become a major platform for proponents of hate speech.

Not only that, but Musk also fired 50% of Twitter employees, including several longtime executives. He made several changes to the platform which led to people’s ‘dislike’ for him.

Just this morning, Musk created a poll on his Twitter account. People should choose whether to vote ‘Yes’ or ‘No,’ if he should step down from Twitter. More than six million Twitter users have put in their votes.

However, a Twitter user, @iamraisini revealed that the poll created was fake. According to his tweet, Musk was discussing investment opportunities with the Amir of Qatar and other Saudi Royalties. @iamraisini also stated that those people had invested billions in the platform. Thus, they are the ones who hold Twitter. Musk needed to step down anyhow as the investors told him to.

Many are sceptical of the statement by Twitter user, but some wanted to believe it. Anyhow, the poll shows that more people voted ‘Yes’ than ‘No,’ two hours ago.

What will you as a Twitter user will vote for?
