Japanese Fan Flies More Than 5,000 Km To Malaysia To Watch Mechamato Movie!

A Japanese fan of Mechamato and Boboiboy, @boboibo_y, flies 5,000 km to Malaysia to watch our new local movie, Mechamato Movie. That is what we call spirit! From a sharing on Twitter, the fan uploaded a photo of the movie’s poster with the caption:

“I am looking forward to Malaysia’s sightseeing spots and delicious food. But above all, there is something I am looking forward to. Finally, I can see the movie version of Mechamato with my own eyes.”

It is a proud moment for Malaysia as someone who is not Malaysian, but Japanese wants to see our local movie. Usually, food becomes the number one priority for tourists if they were to visit one’s country. Nevertheless, this Japanese’s number one mission is to see Mechamato in Malaysia which is the setting of the movie.

The Mechamato fan also shares his experience visiting the A’ Famosa. Besides that, according to him, taking a walk in Melaka city feels like walking in Kota Hilir, which is the setting of Mechamato. Kota Hilir is a fictional city derived from Kota Melaka and Bandar Hilir, located in Melaka.

The Japanese fan also gets the chance to visit the places in Melaka that he notices are there too in the movie. For instance, the riverside where Amato rides on his motorcycle.

Even the Japanese supports Mechamato Movie and flies to our country to experience the movie here. This is an achievement for the studio that brought us Mechamato! For those who have not watched the movie, it is not too late! Hurry, let’s go to the cinema!
