Limóne Officially Launches

From financiers and madeleines fresh from the oven to classic brunch treats, Limóne is the perfect one-stop shop for anyone looking to indulge. Our team has spent months striving to create the perfect menu to cater to all tastes, concocting exquisite flavor profiles using only the freshest of ingredients. Our menu flaunts an array of fabulous French desserts, featuring a delicious bailey praline cake and lemon and yuzu tart filled with luscious almond creme. Whilst our cakes and confections might look too pretty to eat, they are guaranteed to leave our customers fighting for the last bite.

Our carefully crafted coffee blend is robust, flavourful, and certified to impress those with a refined palette. On top of our classic coffee selection, our barista has curated a unique list of coffee mocktails for anyone looking to spice up their caffeine fix. Boasting a variety of local flavors like pandan, lychee, and mango, our selection of drinks is certain to tantalize the tastebuds of any Asian palette.

With fresh lemon trees being the centerpiece of our design, our interior is inspired by the beauty of an Italian garden in the summertime. Delicate yellow tones and lush shades of the green flock to our dining area, to emulate the stunning complexion of the European outdoors. To add an heir of luxury, we have specially selected chevron-cut wooden floors and velvet seating, to make all our guests feel at home.

Sherina & Tee, our two co-founders, have worked tirelessly over the last year to bring their passion project to life. Sherina, a mother, wife, and entrepreneur started her baking journey in 2020, upon the onslaught of the Covid-19 pandemic. Turning her vacant hours in lockdown into a successful home-baking business, Baked by Sher’s cakes and cookies become staple orders in dozens of households. Wanting to combine her expertise in marketing with her passion for food, she turned to her baking coach Tee, to turn her aspiration into a reality.

Our head Chef, Tee Jiunn Hoong, has been devising desserts and perfecting pastries for over 15 years. Having graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Baking in 2007, Tee’s journey in the kitchen has led him through a slew of acclaimed positions in the Malaysian culinary scene. From JW Marriott to Just Heavenly and La Casa, his many ventures have taught him the value of resilience and growth to become the chef he is today.

In attempts to refine his culinary skills, Tee employed the expertise of many world-renowned chefs such as Chefs Eric Perez, Johan Martin, and Antonio Bachour through masterclasses and cooking courses. With a fondness for travel, Tee has also explored the food scene across the globe, drawing upon inspiration from his ventures to add an exotic flair to his dishes.

Limóne is now officially opened from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Tuesdays to Sundays. Whether you’re looking for the perfect spot for Sunday brunch or a quick coffee to-go, Limóne is exactly where you need to be.
