A Kind Photographer Captures This Cute Kid’s ‘Convocation’ For Free!

Even though the world is getting crueler every day, there is still a touch of kindness if we look closely. Kind people are one in a million, and when we encounter them, it surely is a heartfelt moment. It’s not weird to say that meeting them is like one of the little blessings in life.

Talking about kindness, not many will show it, especially to strangers. Given that we don’t know them and vice versa, it’s acceptable if they don’t treat us kindly. But that’s not the case in Malaysia.

Malaysians are indeed kind

One of the good things about Malaysians is we are inherently kind. It’s the way we don’t hesitate to donate to strangers or give directions to tourists— we are known for our hospitality.

Maybe some won’t believe it, but this video might change your mind.

A freelance photographer, Mohd Ruhfi El-idrus, posted a video that warms so many hearts.

He was strolling around the Taiping Lake Gardens. With a camera in his hands, he was finding the lucky ones to get a free photo service from him.

Ruhfi spotted a family near the lake. They were seen taking pictures of this cute kid. Interestingly, the kid was wearing a convocation robe! It looked like he had just graduated from kindergarten!

Therefore, Ruhfi approached them and said, “Can I take a picture of you? It’s for free.”

The mother was visibly shocked by the kind gesture. Luckily, she was cool enough to give Ruhfi permission!

It was such an adorable moment to witness! Ruhfi instructed the kid with some poses, and he diligently followed. Talk about being photogenic: this cute kid sure knows how to pose for the camera!

We condone this act of kindness. We hope many are inspired to be kind to one another. The reward is absolutely worthwhile.
