HABIB Launched Its Limited-Edition 999.9 Gold Wafer Coin Collection For Chinese New Year

Leading Malaysian Jeweler HABIB has released its latest collection of 999.9 Gold Wafer Coin to celebrate the 2023 lunar new year. HABIB is notorious for its eminence in creating distinctive designs in order to provide an amazing experience to its customers nationwide.

Keeping up with this year’s theme, HABIB uplifts the concept of the Chinese zodiac by introducing the rabbit as the main symbol for this limited-edition gold wafer coin collection. The rabbit is the fourth animal in the twelve-year cycle of animals that appear in the Chinese zodiac and is known as a symbol of auspiciousness

The rabbit is classified as an animal full of artistic spirit that somehow parallels this brand’s vision as they are renowned as the jewelry brand that always produces a breathtaking piece of jewelry every time. The wafer coin is decorated with floral motifs such as jasmine and Mimusops elengi, an ode to Chinese New Year 2023.

With this RM118 limited-edition 999.9 gold wafer coin, you can take your “ang pao” giving to the next level. The limited-edition collection is now available on marketplace platforms as well as in all HABIB showrooms nationwide.

Previously, HABIB is thrilled to team up with Disney to launch the latest Gold Wafer Coin set inspired by Princess Belle. With the wonderful reception to the Disney X HABIB Frozen Gold Wafers collection launched in 2021, the latest collection showcases the essence of Belle’s strength and personality from our favorite Disney story, Beauty and the Beast.

Beauty and the Beast follow the adventures of Princess Belle, a bright young woman who dreams of adventure in the “great wide somewhere.” Inspired by her love of literature and learning, Belle believes in herself and wants more than a provincial life. Belle courageously sacrifices her freedom to save her father and finds herself in the castle of a mysterious and ill-tempered beast.
