A&W Malaysia is committed to further expand its outlet, bold and ambitiously. By 2025, it aims to have 150 A&W outlets across the country, and by 2028, it is setting its sights even higher, with the goal of reaching 250 outlets nationwide. In addition to physical expansion, A&W is embracing digitalization to enhance the customer experience. The company has announced the forthcoming implementation of self-ordering kiosks in all its outlets.
