On 4 November 2023, he will be meeting winners from the Astro online contest in a private closed-door event, followed by a live fan event on the same day, which takes place at MyTOWN Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fans and the public can get up close and personal with Lee Seung Gi through an interactive array of games and activities.
Lee Seung Gi is known as a “Triple Threat” entertainer for his success in singing, acting, and hosting. Beginning his career as a singer in 2004, Lee Seung Gi quickly rose to fame with his ballad songs, such as “Because You’re My Girl” and “Will You Marry Me?”. In 2009, Lee Seung Gi made his acting debut in the drama series Brilliant Legacy. He has since starred in several popular dramas, including My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho (2010), The King 2 Hearts (2012), Vagabond (2019) and The Law Cafe (2022). He won numerous acting awards including the 2023 Korean PD Awards in the Best Actor Award category for The Law Cafe. Lee Seung Gi is also a popular variety show host, and has hosted popular variety shows, including 2 Days 1 Night, Strong Heart, and Master in the House. He is known for his quick wit, charm, and ability to connect with the audience.
120 Astro customers stand to win exclusive invites to Closed-Door Session with Lee Seung Gi
Effective from 12 October 2023 at 12.00am until 20 October 2023 at 11.59pm, Astro customers can participate in an online contest and stand a chance to win special passes to meet Lee Seung Gi in person through the exclusive closed-door fan-meet session, along with exclusive ONE goodies bag. 120 lucky winners will be notified by 25 October 2023, where they will be able to interact with the Korean superstar through games, Q&A, and group photo activities during the fan-meet session.

K-drama fans can catch Lee Seung Gi in <The King 2Hearts> first run on ONE channel on Astro (CH 393) and Unifi TV (Ch 461) from 2 November 2023, every Thursday and Friday at 7.50pm. The popular Korean romantic comedy drama shares the love between Lee Jae-ha (Lee Seung Gi), a South Korean prince and Kim Hang-ah (Ha Ji-won), a North Korean special agent. The two initially clash, but they eventually fall in love. However, their relationship is disapproved of due to the political tensions between North and South Korea. They must overcome many obstacles, including their own families and the evil plans of a North Korean general who is trying to overthrow the South Korean government.
Lee Seung Gi also stars in the South Korean reality show, <Golf Battle: Birdie Buddies>, which re-runs on 11 November 2023, Saturday at 6.30pm. Each episode features three celebrity hosts divided into teams to compete against each other in a golf match. The winning team is rewarded with a prize, while the losing team is penalised with funny and light-hearted punishments.
