Grab Malaysia To Reward Medalists At Paris Olympics & Paralympics With Up To 1 Million GrabRewards and 1 Year Worth Of Free GrabFood

Grab Malaysia today became the latest corporate brand to support our national contingent who are currently competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics & Paralympics by offering medalists up to 1 million GrabRewards and a year’s worth of free GrabFood.

In addition to this, every Malaysian athlete participating at the Paris Olympics and Paralympics will receive an additional 50,000 GrabRewards points. This gesture is Grab’s way of showing appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Commenting on the announcement, Adelene Foo, Managing Director of Grab Malaysia, said, “We at Grab Malaysia, are incredibly honoured to stand behind our Malaysian athletes as they give their all at the Paris Olympics and Paralympics. Their dedication and resilience inspire us and we hope this token motivates them even further to make our nation proud. To our athletes, your journey truly embodies the Malaysian spirit and know that we will be supporting and cheering you on, every step of the way!”.

Youth & Sports Minister YB Hannah Yeoh expressed her appreciation with this latest incentive.

She said “I would like to thank Grab who came forward to support our athletes with this incentive. This shows that the private sector believes in our athletes and are confident that they are capable of bringing home the first gold for Malaysia.”

Grab, who is Southeast Asia’s leading superapp, will offer one year’s worth of free GrabFood orders (offer has a limit value per year) to the country’s gold medalist at the Paris Olympics & Paralympics.

Besides this, each of these gold medalists will also be rewarded with 1 million GrabReward points respectively.

The silver medalists at the upcoming Paris Olympics & Paralympics, meanwhile, are set to receive one year’s worth of free GrabFood orders, in addition to 500,000 GrabReward points.

The bronze medalists at the Paris Olympics & Paralympics will receive one year’s worth of free GrabFood orders and 250,000 GrabReward points.

Grab Malaysia have also gone the extra mile to gift an RM100 GrabFood voucher each to all the 110 coaches and officials involved in the Paris Olympics and Paralympics.

With this latest initiative from Grab Malaysia, the competing national contingent are bound to be even more fired up to perform at the Paris Olympics & Paralympics. We stand with them, cheering them on, as they make our nation proud.
