Maxim E-hailing Creates New Workplaces in Malaysia By Participating in Job Fairs

According to Labour Force Malaysia’s updated data for 2024, 568.5 thousand job seekers are actively looking for work. The government of Malaysia works closely with several organizations to conduct weekly career fairs to help job seekers.

Maxim E-hailing has participated in more than 20 career fairs in the past six months. Some of them were hosted in each city throughout the country by Perkeso, which the company works closely with. Some of the programs were conducted in small cities, where the number of employers is very limited, but the number of job seekers is larger, and Maxim E-hailing is one of the employers that joined. Maxim offers partnerships and cooperation programs to earn money with several benefits.

The purpose of the events is to reduce the overall unemployment rate in Malaysia, by offering opportunities that job seekers need. They are open to everyone qualified with a competent degree who can do one of the jobs offered and join Maxim E-hailing.

Job seekers are offered to join the company not only as partner-drivers; Maxim also operates in several cities and requires a full-time staff to lead the company operations in those areas. In every state, Maxim has branch offices and is looking for development managers, user support staff, and client relationship specialists. These positions provide opportunities for professional career growth and exploration of the industry.

One of the entrants commented, I saw the list of jobs at the Perkeso Career Fair on Facebook, and I saw Maxim E-hailing was among the companies. During the day I decided to visit their counter first. As far as I know, this job is flexible and has unlimited income, so I came today to get more information about Maxim E-hailing.

Several participants were already willing to join Maxim and came prepared with the required documents. The service’s representatives thoroughly guided them through the registration process and introduced them to the Maxim community. Moreover, the entrants were also offered attractive car branding packages which will not only benefit them by bringing some extra money, but also increase Maxim’s popularity.

This effort focuses on providing opportunities for individuals, especially in smaller cities. By engaging with potential drivers directly, not only do we strengthen our workforce, but also ensure we are addressing the unique needs and challenges of small cities. This hands-on approach helps us build strong partnerships with local talents, providing them with access to a reliable income source while enhancing transportation services for the communities they serve. At Maxim, we remain dedicated to fostering inclusivity and growth across Malaysia, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the expanding e-hailing industry,” said the Director of Maxim Malaysia, Mohd Hazwan Musley.

Maxim E-hailing always offers the opportunity to register as a partner-driver through their website, while the business team positions are available on My Future Job and Jobstreet
