High Demand and Complete Facilities

Sisik’s Managing Director, Noralinda Norjaya, shared that the restaurant has been popular since its operations began in Klang in 2011, before relocating to Shah Alam four years ago.

“Sisik is now in its second year at Kelab Shah Alam, and this is the first time we are offering a Ramadan buffet package. Last year, we only accepted pre-orders, but many customers requested a buffet for convenience,” she explained.

The location is also highly convenient, featuring ample parking space, a prayer room, and clean restrooms. The restaurant can accommodate up to 400 guests at a time, including air-conditioned rooms.

Fresh Seafood & Traditional Recipes

As a restaurant famous for its grilled fish, Sisik continues its legacy by showcasing fresh seafood directly in front of customers, including squid and shrimp paired with their special homemade sambal recipe passed down through generations.

The star attraction of Sisik Royal Buffet, “Patin Tempoyak Air Bukit,” is expected to be a crowd favorite, encouraging customers to return.

Other highlights of the buffet include:

  • Nasi Kenduri with Red Chicken and Jelatah
  • Various Malay Dishes & Sambals
  • Fried Seafood
  • A Selection of Noodles such as Laksa and Takoyaki
  • Traditional Malay Kuih-Muih, Cakes, Desserts, Sweet Porridges, and Fruit Rojak
