Your Fave Korean Comfort Food, NakNak Just Got Officially Halal

On 29 January 2026, the Korea-inspired QSR announced the milestone, signaling that fans can now enjoy their go-to Korean bites with full confidence. Order, eat, repeat, no questions asked.

The certification came after NakNak’s central kitchen passed a thorough audit last October, covering everything from ingredient sourcing to preparation methods. All sauces, patties, and seasonings come from Halal-certified suppliers, ensuring every bite is worry-free.

“It’s all about making Korean comfort food accessible to everyone,” says a NakNak rep. “We’re committed to keeping our flavors fun, fresh, and, now, fully Halal.”

And that’s not all, NakNak is also opening two new outlets at Petronas NKVE Damansara and 1 Utama Shopping Centre, bringing your favorite crispy fried chicken, premium beef burgers, and hand-made cookies closer to wherever life takes you.

To celebrate, NakNak is giving away special loaded fries at all outlets from 9–12 February with any purchase over RM35. Each day has a new flavor:

  • Mon: Loaded Cheese Fries
  • Tue: Loaded Mushroom Fries
  • Wed: Loaded Bulgogi Beef Fries
  • Thu: Loaded Bulgogi Chicken Fries

Follow @naknakmy on Instagram, order at the counter, and snag your free fries. Simple, fun, delicious.

NakNak’s mission? Spread joy, one Korean-inspired comfort bite at a time. From crispy chicken to indulgent fries, every menu item is made for sharing, for moments with friends, or just treating yourself.
