Batik Vibes Take Over Raya at IOI City Mall

This Raya, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya went all out with Meriah Aidilfitri 2026, turning the mall into a full-on batik playground from 27 Feb to 5 April. Think huge colourful arches, hanging decor, and modern twists on traditional batik patterns, perfect for your Insta feed.

The highlight? A Batik Art Exhibition by local artist Farah Mohan. Visitors even got a chance to join her exclusive batik workshop on 14 March, making their own designs inspired by her work.

The mall also went full festival mode with live performances: dikir barat, silat demos, gamelan music, joget, kuda kepang, and kompang beats filling the air across Symphony West and East. Basically, a Raya cultural marathon that’s as photogenic as it is fun.

Shopping perks? Oh, they’ve got you covered. From CLUB IOI points to Raya goodies like DIY festive home sets and exclusive batik cushions by Farah Mohan, the mall made sure everyone left with a little extra Raya magic. AEON cardholders even got bonus perks for spending.

With bright colours, pop culture vibes, and endless photo ops, IOI City Mall isn’t just shopping, it’s the ultimate Raya hangout for friends, family, and anyone looking to soak up some serious festive energy.
