Yayasan MR D.I.Y. launches Him & Her Health Run 2026

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 April 2026 – Yayasan MR D.I.Y. has launched the inaugural Him & Her Health Run 2026, a nationwide initiative that brings Malaysians together to promote heart health and raise awareness of cancer through a 5KM fun run.

Designed to encourage healthier lifestyles, the event invites individuals, families, and friends to come together to run, walk, and celebrate wellbeing.

The Him & Her Health Run 2026 will take place across three locations: Pulau Pinang on 17 May 2026, Sarawak on 19  July 2026, and Kuala Lumpur on 18 October 2026. Open to participants aged 5 years and above, the run offers an inclusive platform for communities to come together in support of a meaningful cause.

Through this initiative, Yayasan Mr D.I.Y. aims to inspire Malaysians to take proactive steps towards better health, while building greater awareness of heart disease and cancer. The Him & Her Health Run 2026 is more than just a run, it is a movement to bring communities together in support of healthier living.

Funds raised from the event will support health-focused organisations and programmes covering prevention and education, treatment support, and patient care.

Beneficiaries include Yayasan Jantung Malaysia, Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society, Persatuan Sokongan Kanser Kanak-Kanak (CAKNE), and Kumpulan Ibu Bapa Dan Sokongan Anak-Anak Kanser (KIDS).

The run is supported by a strong network of partners, including CUCKOO International (M) Berhad, Kumon Education Malaysia, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, The Mines Resorts and Hotels, Merdeka Waterfront Hotel, Delfi Marketing, Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd, and NCS Science Sdn Bhd.

Registration is now open and will close on:

  • 3 May 2026 for Pulau Pinang
