Operating on a 100% no-pork, no-lard concept, Senjaa provides a welcoming space for a diverse range of customers seeking both everyday dining and elevated café indulgence.

Designed for discerning diners who appreciate both comfort and sophistication, Senjaa presents a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by Michelin-level culinary refinement, where familiar flavours are elevated through precise cooking techniques, balanced seasoning, quality ingredients, layered textures, and elegant presentation.

This culinary direction is led by Chef Hafizzul Hashim, chef-owner of Restaurant Fiz, whose approach to cooking is shaped by discipline, creativity, and thoughtful execution. Under Chef Hafizzul’s leadership, Restaurant Fiz has been recognised as one of Tatler’s Best 20 Restaurants for two consecutive years and has also held the Michelin Green Star for two years running, reflecting the culinary philosophy of purpose, quality, and mindful craftsmanship that also inspires Senjaa’s dining
experience.

This philosophy comes to life through Senjaa’s range of signature creations, from the Hainan Chicken Au Gratin and Chicken Sambal Sando, where familiar local comforts are reimagined with depth and refinement, to heartier dishes such as the Slow-Braised Lamb Tagine, Signature Nasi Lemak with Ayam Berempah, and Signature “Asam Pedas”, which highlight rich regional flavours through elevated and thoughtful craftsmanship and presentation.
