M Social Resort Penang is serving up its Salmon Madness Buffet Dinner, a weekly buffet dedicated to one of the world’s most-loved fish. Available every Saturday at Beast & Butterflies, the buffet offers everything from fresh salmon favourites to local Penang delights and international dishes.
According to Jasmine Keh, General Manager of M Social Resort Penang, the idea was to create a buffet that’s more than just another seafood spread.
“We wanted to create a dining experience that goes beyond the usual seafood buffet. Our Salmon Madness buffet brings together familiar comfort dishes, fresh seafood, and creative salmon preparations in a relaxed setting by the sea, making it perfect for family gatherings and weekend celebrations.”
Two Rotating Menus Means Something New Every Visit
To keep things exciting, the buffet rotates between two different menus, so returning guests can enjoy a different selection each time.

- Smoked Salmon Pizza
- Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce
