In the spirit of Malaysia Day, Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya proudly announces Oriental Kopi as the coffee partner of its signature Kopi Dulu experience, bringing a well-loved Malaysian coffee brand into one of the hotel’s most distinctive daily traditions.
The partnership was officially launched at Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya by Marshall Chai, General Manager of Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya, Mr. Chris Chong, Chief Operating Officer – Property Investment (Malaysia) at IOI Properties Group, Dato’ Calvin Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Oriental Kopi; and Ms. Tan Lee Fong, Assistant General Manager of Hospitality Management at IOI Properties Group.
Held every afternoon from 3.30pm to 5.30pm at the Courtyard, Kopi Dulu is Palm Garden Hotel’s celebration of Malaysia’s familiar coffee culture, inviting guests to slow down over a cup of kopi, local snacks and good company. The name carries two meanings: dulu as in “first”, encouraging guests to enjoy a coffee before anything else, and dulu as in “the old days”, evoking the nostalgia of simpler times when sharing kopi and conversation was a familiar part of everyday Malaysian life.
With Oriental Kopi now officially joining Kopi Dulu, Palm Garden Hotel is enhancing the experience with a well-loved Malaysian coffee brand that feels naturally at home within the tradition. By bringing Oriental Kopi’s locally grown coffee to the Courtyard, the partnership adds greater depth to the daily ritual while staying true to its Malaysian roots, giving guests an even more authentic and familiar way to experience Kopi Dulu.
