Shopping malls are becoming more than places to shop, and Pavilion Malls and Fahrenheit88 are leaning into that idea.
The retail destinations picked up four awards at the Malaysia Shopping Malls Association (PPK Malaysia) Awards 2025–2026, recognising campaigns that brought together culture, creativity and community through experiential marketing.
The wins came from campaigns across Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Pavilion Damansara Heights and Fahrenheit88, with each campaign taking a different approach to creating memorable experiences for visitors.
Four campaigns, four wins
At Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion KL: The Icon of Malaysian Experiences took home Platinum in Category C, celebrating the mall’s role in bringing Malaysian culture and experiences into the heart of the city.
Meanwhile, Pavilion Bukit Jalil received Gold in Category C for Joyful Prosperity, Together, Here., while Pavilion Damansara Heights won Silver in Category B for its Prosperity in Bloom 2026 campaign.
Over at Fahrenheit88, Trail of Colours earned Gold in Category A, highlighting the mall’s colourful take on experiential placemaking.
The four campaigns were recognised under the Best Experiential Marketing category, which attracted 74 submissions from 40 malls, with 39 campaigns making the shortlist.
Beyond the trophies, the wins also spotlight the teams, creative partners and tenants behind these campaigns, proving that a great mall experience can be about much more than what’s on the shelves.
From festive celebrations and cultural moments to creative installations and community focused experiences, Pavilion Malls and Fahrenheit88 are showing how retail spaces can become destinations in their own right.
