Skechers has officially opened its newly relocated and expanded Superstore at Sunway Pyramid, marking several firsts for the brand in Malaysia.
The celebration on 2 September also marked the first official public appearance in Malaysia of Skechers Regional Brand Ambassadors DK, Seungkwan and Dino of SEVENTEEN, following their appointment earlier this year.
The trio joined Skechers and Sunway leadership for the store’s opening ceremony before meeting fans and checking out the new space.
Located at LG1.129, the new Superstore spans around 8,650 sq ft, nearly six times larger than its previous outlet. It is also the first Skechers Superstore in Subang Jaya, offering a wider selection of footwear, apparel and accessories.
The store features dedicated zones for Walking, Running, Pickleball, Trail, Kids and Performance Apparel, as well as interactive experiences including Skechers’ SafeSize foot-scanning technology and a DIY Customisation Corner.
More than 8,000 fans, shoppers and invited guests attended the celebration, which took place across the store and Sunway Pyramid’s iconic Ice Rink.
The event featured a parkour performance, a showcase of Skechers’ Fall Winter 2026 collection, interactive activities and a live Q&A with DK, Seungkwan and Dino.
Fans also got to watch Skechers’ latest regional campaign video starring the trio, featuring collections including the Court Classics Hotshot, Max Run and Max Cushioning Glide-Step.
As part of the celebration, 200 lucky fans enjoyed an exclusive Meet & Greet with the ambassadors, while another 250 consolation winners were added following the overwhelming response.
The event wrapped up with a special Token of Appreciation, where the trio received customised Skechers Court Classics Hotshot shoes created in collaboration with Malaysian artist Jayklo.
The new Skechers Superstore is now open at Sunway Pyramid, with the exclusive SKECHERS I SEVENTEEN’s DK, Seungkwan and Dino Apparel Collection available at selected stores nationwide from RM149, while stocks last.
