Three more people were reported dead because of COVID-19, causing a total of 37 deaths in the country as of noon today, according to Health Director-General Datuk Noor Hisham Abdullah.
According to the KKM press conference, the victim of the 35th death (1952 case) was a 57 years-old Malaysian citizen. He has a history of travelling to Indonesia. He started having symptoms 5 days before being admitted to Putrajaya Hospital on March 17, 2020, and later to HKL and HSgB.
The 36th death case (1941 case) was a male Malaysian citizen age 47 years old. He was hospitalized at Sarawak General Hospital on March 23, 2020, and was pronounced dead on March 30, 2020, at 8.10 am.
The 37th death case (2471 case) was a 46-year-old local woman with a history of hypertension and autoimmune disease. She was hospitalized at Miri Hospital, Sarawak and passed away on March 30, 2020, at 9.02 am.
