Putrajaya, March 12 – The government has made a complete ban on the entry of Danish citizens into force on Saturday, in line with the lockdown status in the country, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Special Tasks) Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof.
Denmark is the fourth country to enter a list of travel sanctions after Italy, Iran, and South Korea, in a bid to control the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen announced yesterday the travel ban in the country, following the sharp increase in the COVID-19 positive case in which the country recorded 514 cases, while the number of quarantined victims was 1,303.
