Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has confirmed that one of its board members tests positive coronavirus. The person now is been treated at Sungai Buloh Hospital and was in good condition.
“The SC works closely with the health authorities to implement all measures necessary to ensure the health and safety of workers, including identifying those who are in close contact with the individuals involved,” according to the statement.
The SC office will be closed and all workers will be working from home starting Friday to allow cleaning work on the premises before reopening on March 16.

The statement also stated that SC was taking precautions to protect workers and minimize the spread of the infection.
