KUALA LUMPUR, March 13 (Bernama) — Singularity University in Santa Clara, California is set to host a virtual summit to demystify and explain facts and impact of COVID-19.
According to a statement, the virtual conference is titled ‘COVID 19: The State & Future of Pandemic Challenges and Solutions’.
The free three-day, live-streamed event beginning March 16 will also present facts on health, community and government impact.
The topics and some of the presenters are as follows:
Dr Divya Chander will discuss the topic, ‘Everything You Need to Know About COVID-19, Tracking Epidemics and Vaccine Development’ while Dr Daniel Kraft will present the ‘State of the Global Response to COVID-19.
Dr Eric Rasmussen and Charlene Li will discuss ‘How Governments and Organisations are Responding’ and ‘Five Ways Your Leadership Must Change to Thrive With Remote Work’, respectively.
Other topics are ‘Using Virtual Worlds in a Time of Travel Disruption; Strengthening Your Company’s Resilience Against Existential Threats; and, ‘Bringing it all Together and Closing Thoughts’.
