According to Mothership.sg, the flyover runs across the Tampines Expressway and connects the Sengkang and Punggol estates.

Luckily when it runs away, the traffic was on standstills. I t is believed that the wild boar was running towards the right in the direction of Sengkang General Hospital. But, it quickly swerved left down the empty road in the direction of Sengkang Neighbourhood Police Centre.

The swerved happens because the right turn traffic light had turned green and vehicles started to move, making the wild boar avoid getting hit.
