Heavy rainfall that happened in Singapore on the morning of June 23 has resulted in many areas facing a flash flood. Areas like Bedok North Avenue 4 and Upper Changi Road junction are one of the areas that were struck with the flood.
A video that was posted on Youtube shows that many passengers at a bus stop near Changi Fire Station have to stand on the seats because of the rise in water levels at that place.
On another video, it shows that the flood even entered inside a bus, resulting in passengers leave their feet hanging in the air or put on their seats.
Other areas like Jurong Town Hall Road, Opera Estate, and New Upper Changi Road was also get hit with the flash flood on the same day.
According to Mothership.sg, bus services on that day were disrupted because of the flood. SBS Transit stated that 10 bus services being delayed along New Upper Changi Road towards Bedok Road. After an hour, the services have returned to normal.
Before this, Bedok North Avenue 4 and Upper Changi Road area has been hit by a flash flood in January 2018.
