Foodpanda Rider Urge Drivers To Stop During Animal Hit- & -Run

A Facebook user Noel Chern, shared his recent experience in trying to save a pet dog that passed away from its injuries after a hit-and-run incident that occurred in USJ 12, Subang Jaya.

Noel was working along a route making his deliveries, Noel witnessed the horrific scene of a dog that had been hit by a car. The impact has caused the dog to pass away.

The driver who had hit and left the poor animal on the brink of death, the driver chose to leave and ignore the responsibility that caused by the scene. Noel then stopped and tried to save the injured dog.

He said “Other Foodpanda riders came and helped out when they saw. I tried to call an ambulance, the dog was still breathing then. But the dog stopped breathing after a minute.”

Eventually, the dog stopped breathing and died caused by the incident. Noel then realized that the dog wearing a collar and had a phone number. Another driver put the dog into a sack while noel contacted the dog owner.

The dog apparently managed to escape from home after the owner had accidentally left the gate of his house open. The owner said that the dog had been with the family since it was a puppy.

The post went viral over social media and many have sent their condolences to the owner of the dog also commending Noel and his coworker for their empathy that they have shown to the deceased dog.
