No Limit To Number of People In Social Gatherings Starting July 15 – Ismail Sabri

Putrajaya, July 10 – Senior Minister (Defense), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri announced that there will be no maximum limit of 250 people at social events during the Restoration Movement Control Order (PKPP).

“The meeting has agreed to limit in terms of participants based on the size of the venue and provided there is compliance with social distancing as far as one meter.

“Mosques do not need one-third as long as there is social imprisonment, the number does not matter, based on the size of the mosque.

“Similarly with the wedding ceremony at the hotel, if the hall can accommodate 1,000 people, and with social imprisonment, there can be up to 800, then 800 people.

He said the amount depends on the size of the place in terms of compliance with one-meter social incarceration.
