No More Hand-written, Pos Laju Introduces Consignment Notes Filled Out Via App

Pos Malaysia states the implementation of the use of e-Consignment notes from 17 August 2020. This will allow customers to print their own delivery notes for packages at all PosLaju counters or kiosks nationwide.

This new platform allows customers to no longer fill out a physical delivery note when carrying their parcel at the posting location. Instead, they can do it through their mobile app or the official PosLaju website.

In addition, users can also make corrections to e-Consignments notes before printing, this can reduce the possibility of errors before sending.

User can access e-Consignment through Pos Malaysia mobile application available on Android and iOS.
