However, the courier has to take the consequences of what we ordered online. A post on Facebook by News Channel V2 shows an incident that happened yesterday that cause some parcels to arrive a little bit late than what they expected. A Skynet lorry caught on fire in front of the Kajang Skynet office at Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, Balakong.

According to the Facebook post, the fire believed caused by a highly flammable acidic product that was sent by a seller. This often happens when sellers are sending flammable products without informing it of the courier company. More info about the parcel nor the seller wasn’t stated in the post.
If you are one of the unlucky people who got their parcel damaged during the delivery, what can you do about it?
If your parcels or purchases have been affected by the delivery, you can claim your losses. You only need to have the details of the delivery, pictures of the damaged item, and the packaging.
Any damage or shortage must be reported in writing to Skynet within forty-eight hours from the date consignment is delivered to the consignee for the Skynet customers.
