Top 5 Football Skills Tricks and Who Invented Them

Football can be said to be one of the best sports and full of magical moments. Some players make football a better sport and the most-watched game in the world.

Legendary players have left their touch with some special movements that to this day are still practiced by people all over the world.

Movements or tricks are done by children as they grow up and eventually become professionals in official competitions. They bring their unique skills on the field and some of them are good enough to score a few goals.

To know more, below are a few football skills tricks that were known around the world:

1. The Maradona

Maradona is a legendary football player who created the move. The Maradona Turn is something that every young kid practices cause they use it whilst mucking around the park. The chance to use this trick in-game is pretty low yet everyone around the world recognizes this trick.

2. The Ronaldinho Gaucho Snake

This is the hardest move to pull of, perhaps the hardest in football history. Only a few players have performed the move before Ronaldinho for example, Rivelino or Zinedine Zidane. However, the current Flamengo play-maker has utilized it more than anyone else.

3. The Ferenc Puskas Pullback

 

Ferenc Puskas is the best Hungarian ever to play football and had created a legendary move that he called the “Pullback V”. Ferenc Puskas managed to do it during the time on the pitch. The move is commonly used with ease at all stages in football and has become a need asset in player’s games.

4. The Juan Roman Riquelme Move

This move is rarely been used because it is incredibly difficult to pull off and is only attempted by the most talented players. One of the talented player that managed to pull of the move is Juan Roman Riquelme.

5. The Scissor Kick

The Peruvians, the Chileans, the Brazilians, and the Italians all lay a claim to the move. Pele was the most famous player to use it and open the eyes of the world and make millions noticed the beautiful move. It is one of the difficult tricks to do in football considering you are off the balance and upside down.
